Just wash the boards by hand and place them upright in the included bookshelf-style stand to air-dry.

This cutting board set is thoughtfully designed. It has three labeled cutting boards with a stand/organizer. The organizer leaves a little room between so the boards will dry thoroughly when stored. This set is super cute with a book theme that is well done! The spine of the book is the label for the cutting board, and the edges and are routed to give the feel of pages. The cutting boards are a compact size and they are all wood. Overall it's a very nice set that would make a lovely gift for a book lover!
